Valenzuela vs. State of California

The Valenzuela Settlement (AB 347) requires that school districts, county offices, and charter schools that participate in the categorical Intensive Instruction & Services Program offer services to students who did not pass the CAHSEE by the end of 12th grade AND establishes oversight and monitoring responsibilities for county superintendents.
