CCOE provides opportunities for COVID-19 testing to reduce the risk of transmission and prevent outbreaks.
Free at-home antigen rapid tests are available to all CCOE staff and students enrolled in CCOE programs upon request.

CHANGES TO EMPLOYEE SCREENING
The OAL has officially adopted the COVID-19 permanent standards and they are effective immediately.
The changes include no longer requiring COVID-19 screening and ending COVID leave.
All other current standards are still in effect, including:
- Employees must report to their supervisor and the Director of Personnel if they test positive for COVID-19 and follow guidelines for returning to work after symptoms have passed or after a negative test.
- CCOE will provide COVID-19 test kits, notify public health and close contacts, and provide masks to employees.
- Close contacts must wear a mask for ten days and test on day five.
- Employees will receive training on COVID-19.

In accordance with Senate Bill 1479, Covid self-tests are made available to all students, staff, and their families.
Students and staff are directed to conduct a daily health screening to determine the need to self-test for Covid 19.
Testing is also encouraged before returning from school breaks.
