Building Attendant

LOCATION: Calaveras County Main Office

HOURS: 16 hours per week, 4:30-7:30 P.M. , Monday through Thursday at CCOE, and 2:30-6:30 p.m. Friday at Transition (12 month position).
RANGE: $11.96 per hour, Range 6, CCEU Salary Schedule.

DUTIES: Under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor, performs routine custodial services at a designated CCOE site (CCOE Main Office) during assigned shift; maintains building and adjacent grounds areas in a clean, orderly and secure condition.

Resource Specialist

LOCATION: Mountain Oaks Charter School

CREDENTIAL:

  • Valid Appropriate California Special Education teaching credential and Resource Specialist Certificate or eligibility for Resource Specialist Added Authorization

SALARY: $43,354-$69,382 Dependent upon years of service (may be granted up to 20 years credit for prior verifiable public and private certificated experience) and college units beyond BA/BS Degree.

Language, Speech, and Hearing Specialist

CREDENTIAL:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in appropriate field.
  • Valid and appropriate California teaching credential authorizing service to speech, language and hearing impaired students, which include:
    • California Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential (language, speech and hearing services); OR
    • Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (authorized subjects: language, speech and hearing); OR
    • Specialist in Special Education Credential in Communication Handicaps with advanced specialization in language, speech and hearing.

SALARY: $43,354 - $69,382 (Prorated. Dependent upon units beyond a BA and years of experience)

Occupational Therapist

Clerical/Secretary Substitutes

RANGE: Range 11, $14.54 per hour on the Calaveras County Office of Education Classified Employee Salary Schedule.

DUTIES: Under the supervision of the program administrator, performs a wide variety of clerical, secretarial, recordkeeping tasks and receptionist duties for the school of assignment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience performing a variety of clerical duties and interacting with the public by telephone and in person; computers and basic software; formal or informal training in business.

Child Development (Extended Day) Teacher

LOCATION: Mark Twain Center
HOURS: 3.0 Hrs. Per Day
REQUIREMENTS: 24 ECE/CD plus 16 GE units

SALARY: $12.42-$12.98 per hour (Step 1) Based on ECE/CD units

JOB DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Child Development (Extended Day) Teacher will provide an organized program for the education and recreation for the children who attend.
