The Executive Council is the governing body of Special Education, consisting of ten members, the Superintendent and a board member designee from each district. It is the responsibility and authority of the executive council to:
Ensure compliance with the special education local plan.
Ensure that all participating school districts and regional providers of special education services are providing the full range of educational services required by law and by the plan.

Meeting start time is 9:00 a.m. at Calaveras County Office of Education Cheyenne Conference Room
Closed session will be held at the end of each meeting if necessary.
Council members will be notified in advance if a closed session is scheduled.
