Employment Benefits
The health benefit plans available include medical (Anthem Blue Cross), dental (Delta Dental), vision (Vision Service Plan), and life (MetLife) (Note: Kaiser HMO is available if you live in an approved zip code area). In order to be eligible for the Health and Welfare Benefit package you must work a minimum of 4.0 hours per day or 50% of full-time.
